Iran – US/Zionist aggression – 2026
The US Imperialist aggressors thought that a swift ‘decapitation’ of the political and military leadership would lead to the collapse of Iranian society and a welcoming with flowers of the aggressor. That has not been the case – and only an absolute idiot would have thought there was a chance in Hell of such an occurrence.
So it looks like this conflict is going to go on for some time. Obviously, nothing is certain in warfare and traitors are always waiting to take the opportunity to sell their country out to the highest bidder. However, so far, that doesn’t look likely to happen. The so-called ‘fog of war’ is laying thick over this conflict and it’s almost impossible to know exactly what is happening on the ground. We know from the previous (and still ongoing conflicts – the first in the Ukraine and the second in Palestine/Gaza) that the mainstream media is merely a stenographer for Western imperialist interests so there’s little chance of being able to see through the fog with their assistance.
That being the case the aim of this page will be to present the war through other eyes, and the analyses, of independent commentators who really want to understand what is happening and not merely presenting ‘facts’ which fit in with their world view. This will necessarily present the events from a pro-Iranian point of view, not necessarily because they support the regime in Tehran – although some will – but because in this instance Iran (and its people) are here the victims of an illegal and unjustified act. And because to present the situation from ‘the other side’ would mean supporting those who have pursued various policies which have sought the dismemberment and eventual destruction of Russia and who have perpetuated the ethnic cleansing and genocide against the Palestinian people.
Although the attack started on 28th February 2026 this wasn’t something that came out of thin air. The lies and subterfuge used to put the Iranians off guard have been in the public domain for years.
